Most Telegram monitoring is a search bar pointed at a handful of channels. Telescope runs a standing collection pipeline across thousands of channels and groups, extracting entities and context the moment a message lands, so our clients see activity as it happens, not after someone else has already reported it.

Access comes in two tiers: a standard tier covering geopolitical and cyber intelligence, included for every client, and a restricted tier covering higher-risk activity, released only to government agencies and organizations we have verified.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to collected data is role-scoped and logged, with the restricted tier held to a stricter access standard.

Data handling

Retention periods and deletion policies are defined per client agreement. We collect what supports the analysis, not more.

Telescope is built for lawful monitoring, research, and investigation. Clients agree to use the platform within their jurisdiction’s legal framework.
